There is a radio at The Burrow and again in Deathly Hallows, after Ron returns to the other two, and they're wandering England, Ireland, and Scotland, and so are nowhere near Hogwarts
Never at Hogwarts itself
They use owl post and newspapers while they're in school

Plus, as I said earlier, movies get a lot of changes
Like the whole bit in Goblet of Fire
Movie: HAWWY DID YA PUT YA NAME IN DAH GOBBIT AH FIYAHVIGIWHRIGIGJTJEFU
Book: Dumbledore asked calmly

Seriously that was one of the worst things to change
It's one thing to add more drama, it's another when it causes the whole scene to be the complete opposite of the original

Yeah, I think everyone who's ever read the books is mad at that scene.
Like, we can forgive other things but THAT SCENE will never be forgiven or forgotten.
Ever.

And that Umbridge was worse than Voldy
Cuz Voldy's the fantastic evil, the evil most people in this universe will never deal with, while we all know an Umbridge. She is an everyday evil, one who thinks that she is right in her ways, with those for her, and against

The actress who played her, at least in my opinion, did a fantastic job

Cho and Harry falling apart doesn't make much sense in the movie, does it? Cuz according to the movies, Harry is pissed that Cho betrayed them because she'd been forced to drink Veritaserum, which makes the drinker tell the truth
Plus in HBP, there's one scene involving Tom Riddle, and then they, with Harry's private lessons, are never mentioned again
I get having to cut things out for timespan, but removing plot heavy things...Ugh

Ugh too to my phone, the keyboard got an update and now I'll type out, say, potato, and it'll decide that I wanted beef. Random words become plural, random plurals become singular, etc
And then words it had memorized before are gone. Gone, gone, gone
Irksome

Ah man, movie vs. book inaccuracies make my life but also irk me at the same time

I am just glad that the actors did a wonderful job and they didn't change things toooo drastically like some other books to movies. Not even gonna mention those because it was just awful!

agreed! Some movies should never even have the book name in their title they are so far off.

Can't help the actors/actresses for not looking super like their characters, like Emma ended up being way too pretty for Hermione but otherwise she has the character down and they stopped trying in what, the second movie?
Daniel had an allergy reaction to the green contacts, hence his eyes not being green. Emma had trouble talking with artificial buck teeth, so those got ditched. So some things couldn't be helped but so much that could

And then Alan Rickman as Snape
A+

I can understand certain things, like Dan being allergic to the contacts ad such..
Those things are fine to leave out or change because, well, I'm not going to make the actors suffer so I get my perfection..
And, well, no one expected Emma to grow up into a babe. lmao
But the Goblet of Fire scene pissed EVERYONE off.
It's things like that where your creative license needs to be revoked.
