Good health results today so am relieved.... although a wake up call ...so now just have to work at incorporating exercise into my daily routine -" exercise as you go" kind of thing ( like taking stairs, walking more, doing some weighted exercises, squats, balance exercises like practicing standing on one leg).
I'm already working on eating healthier due to my digestion issues and I don't smoke, rarely have alcohol, rarely drink soda so that is a big part in maintaining balance in my body.
