we are on an odd pay schedule too and so don't get paid until next week. Our work day starts Saturday not Monday

Gotta love the odd schedules. Right now we are down to four employees at our store. (5, but one's two week notice ends this Tuesday).

I hate being short handed and mgt wanting you to do more work in the same amount of hours but not pay you more. Could be worse though, I could have shifts with a big break in the middle of the day.

I worked 12 hours on Thursday, then had to come in to open Friday morning (today). Then I open tomorrow too.
After work though, my husband and I and the girls are gonna go up to a friend's house to play D&D.

Ayyy. I got my spring break about 2 weeks ago.

the spring break for our area is this week for k-12 and the college/university had theirs last week.

but it does only cost 2 tickets and the items you do get are worth way more then that (in my opinion because we can't even BUY items for 2 feathers and we get feathers AND tickets for posting)
