I haven't gotten any further in Pokemon since Groudon.... I've been going back And trying to find the new Pokemon xD

Nah, that's when you should've just explored the other areas. The ones where you havent yet traveled. Like to go to pacifidlog or backtracking from that one island where Mr. Briney takes you with his boat but using surf instead.
