(Although it's kinda sucky that you need tools for your job and have to get them yourself... IMHO)

Oh, there are some. The trim gear is provided, but that's not stuff you can go to a store and buy, and considering the problems dad has at his work with company tools not being returned to the stock room by first and leaving second with nothing, having to provide our own may actually be the better choice

We have a ton of fans, and during the summer all the doors are open, but that only does so much against the heat the machines give off, plus other things to help...but they don't do much
