but you need to sleep (I know I have trouble too) cut off caffeine and sugar and make sure you are hydrated and see if that helps, but even if you can take long naps... sleep deprivation is so not good for you... or watch a documentary or some slow going show and see if that helps...
I don't take caffeine and I have little to no sweets here bc most of my family aren't fond of sweets. I' actually not sure why I have a hard time sleeping.
Though I'm going to try the last suggestion if I can find one.
we call documentaries the sleepy time shows cause they talk in a monotone usually and some are very calming and background music is generally soothing. I like to fall asleep on the couch
I'm not even sure if there are channels with those shows here. Besides the discovery channel and animal planet which doesn't make me sleepy easily for some reason I mean animals everywhere
it's on the japanese network but i'd have to look it up. Try googling it to see whether you can find it. I'm heading to bed myself and try to sleep. I find once I turn off the lights and it is quiet I seem to get alert.
Lemon Cheesecake I think I've seen that logo before though my sister is always watching tv so I never got the chance, and prob never will get a chance to browse channels. :'D
