Oh he was sick when he first got here, a year ago now. Others didn't show for B.S. reasons. So I just don't give a damn anymore, I'm stressed enough as it is. But there is one good thing, I got my blood sugar back up and am not longer dizzy bc of it.

And well he was realy clean about eating his cake, not like he brother did when he turned 1. But once Mommy showed him how to eat it he got messy. He at all his cake too! Will have a few pics up this weekend, gotta find more cord for my camera. XP lol

galled
Yeah I know, but I just want to make things extra special for my boys. And he did have fun but he gave us all funny looks while we watched him eat his cake, he was like "why are you watching me eat?" lol XD
Though my 3 year old got upset once he found out that all the decorations were not for him. But he calmed down once I told him that he can have the next party, though he doesn't know that his bday isn't till May and IS the next bday coming up. XD lol

We're still here. It's like after the Christmas flurry of opening presents--the lull of looking over our event goodies.

The trading has begun!! ;)

Ya, I have to go through all that I have and figure out how much posting I have to do for extra sets for gifting later.

Shadow: May will be here in no time, start looking for sale stuff for the birthday now - does he have a theme he wants?

Oh I'm not going to do the whole party thing till he's in school and can invite his friends. I think instead we'll just do lunch at the park, have cake and let the boys play.

That sounds like he'll love it....I think sometimes the simpler the better.... who really remembers their birthday parties much anyway? I only remember a few myself.

oh no...you should be proud of every year! You don't have to offer your age but I guess I never understood the whole thing of wanting to hide a persons age, my Mom and older Sister are like that. But I never ask anyone to guess my age - just in case they guess me older (which of course little kids don't count because we are all ancient to them) - I don't mind being my age just not older, yet!!

well, I guess you could be like my Mom who would tell people ..."I'm 29" :grin_wink: (of course that only worked until her hair started turning grey then it was "39")
