I tried Complete Nutrition.... They do a high protein diet apparently... Which means you're supposed to take in as much protein, or more, of your body weight in order for your metabolism to actually work... You don't know how many times a day I had to grab a snack with high protein to try and obtain that number... Plus I actually had to eat breakfast and lunch which I don't normally do.... Well regardless, it was a huge back fire... I guess eating like normal people made me gain weight instead.... So I said screw it ..
