Half the battle and perhaps the most important part is not putting bad stuff in your body in the first place. Adding good stuff is actually much easier.

I've also read a study that linked depression to a bad gut biome. They didn't specify what a good biome would be, but I suppose it all leads back to diet.

No it was a small restaurant but i'd love to go to one of those cook for yourself ones with my friends
I went to one in Japan but eating out with friends is fun!

I think filming a concert/band/show is just ridiculous. I like looking through the camera lens (I like taking photos with the school's fancy cameras for media class) but i don't like it when people would pay a lot of money to see a show and watch the whole thing from behind their phone just to post it online.

although there are times after wards where I chide myself for not taking a picture! But if you watch through the lens it definitely does not give you the whole experience and you miss that "aura" that surrounds the event.

Nope, I'm working all of April, one of the people I am working with is taking off to be with her daughter though so that is ok.

Yesterday i was helping two of my friends film for one of their media projects (Before the camera ran out of battery ) and we picked the perfect time because the night before/all weekend was this night festival that was space themed and there was a giant moon and earth! And lots of sparkling crystals hanging from the sky that represented the stars and here's some of the pictures i took
