Accidents are scary whether you are driving or just a passenger, especially when it is because of something out of your control! Glad you are physically ok.

Driving can be intimidating but it is a good idea to learn how. You never know when you might be in a situation where you need to know how. I remember one time my Dad needed to go to the hospital but the only one who could go with him was my brother who did not have his license so my Dad had to drive slow and hope he didn't have any problems before he got there.

You can always choose not to drive during rain or snow or night etc. and if you have to just drive slowly.

Glad everyone is ok . Sounds like radiator damage. Driving while overheating is really bad/expensive. Most modern engines have aluminum heads and overheating the engine will cause them to warp. Very expensive to repair!

I was in a similar situation, but luckily our nice neighbours gave us a lift.
I probably will learn someday soon, but until then public transport is pretty easy.

It probably was... I don't know much about cars but the guy that towed it away said it's probably going to be a write off now. Might be a good thing, new small cars can sometimes be cheaper than the parts!

Are you guys doing anything for Easter this year? My relatives invited me and my mum to stay with them for two nights so at least we're getting out of the house and going on an adventure!

What do you usually eat for Easter dinner? Do you have hot cross buns in the morning or pascal cookies?

We usually eat fish on Good Friday at my dads but other than that we don't really eat anything special
