I'd like to, but my mom has a hard time keeping employees.... So its not easy to just say 'I want to apply to another job, don't be mad at me' sort of thing.... It'd be different if we could keep a fourth employee long enough...

If my moms job was a normal 8 hour a day job then yeah... But its not... The hours vary .. Usually taking longer than 8 hours... Plus anymore on our half day Saturdays, a good portion of those have turned into almost full days as well...

Yep. Strangely enough though, I have two weekends with both days off! Which is strange indeed since its super rare to not have work on a Saturday.

Good for you! I love when I get 2 days in a row off, it just seems like you can't feel rested if you just have one day off.

Yes. Its never enough time in the day when you only have a one day off work week... I've even resorted to starting to stay up later than usual on Saturdays just so I can feel like I accomplished more.. But that just makes me want to sleep longer on Sunday mornings.
