i turned down a shift a while back to organise my nail polish collection
and a couple of days later i told my boss at a meeting and everyone was like omg i cant believe that was your reason
me: what? its a very good important reason!

Hahaha! I wish I could have seen their faces!!
When I still worked at CEC, we weren't allowed to have nail polish.
So, of course I wore it.
One day, my manager stopped me and she goes "What is that on your nails???!" I said "nail polish."
She said, "I see that, I'm not stupid. What color is it? I LOVE it."
And then we talked about nail polish and I was never afraid to wear it again and we all lived happily ever after.

but then i moved here and my new boss was wearing bright read
it was a glorious day
