Ugh, I have ALWAYS lived with roommates. I haaate when they do that, haha. I'm a bit of a clean freak. =w= So when things like that happen I get antsy and end up cleaning everything myself.

On a side note, those pictures of glitter. <33 So pretty.

I tried to just let it go and wait for the roommates to clean, but then there were maggots in our sink. That's right MAGGOTS. I threw a hissy fit and cleaned it. Even though they weren't my dishes because I cleaned them after I used them. We lived in dorms and I've scrubbed hair dye from walls/floors/counters, cleaned maggot-y sinks, threw away overflowing tampon trash, and God knows what else. One time I got sick of the trash stink (we were supposed to take turns and it wasn't my turn) and decided to take it out myself, but someone's nasty, spitty sunflower seeds on the top touched my hand and I threw up in front of the trash can. and then called my mommy. T_T

They were college roommates and we were all best friends. So we sort of put up with each other. It's much nicer now that we don't all live together though! XD

And not to barge into the conversation, but I can definitely get behind the whole 'rooming alone' thing. Ended up rooming with some high school friends for the first year of college, and as someone who loves his peace and quiet it was...hrm.

my mother runs a boarding house, and so i lived with randoms since i was 15
and like i would just start thinking yeah ive got the hang of all living with these people
then bam some really awful awful tenant would come along and ugh

Yeeaahh, it's a nightmare with some people. Currently my roommate I have now is actually really awesome. We take turns cooking and cleaning, and we play Mario Kart and stuff together on his Wii U when we're not too busy. I'm older than him, but he's a term ahead of me (I started late, so I'm in a mature class) and yeah, haha. His only problem is not taking out the trash when he's supposed to, and getting too lazy with dishes. But so far it's okay!

But yeaaahh, if I could afford it, I'd totally love to live by myself. But I'm a Torontonian (lmao, kidding). But Toronto is a VERY expensive place, so I doubt I ever could..

On a side note, hey Cake! Lol. Never fear about barging in conversations! This is a site dedicated to doing that.. So..

im really lucky with the place i got~ any closer to the cbd and it would have been all too expensive
