Well, for false advertisement. But who would think an energy drink is supposed to enhance their athletic abilities? Red Bull never claimed that.

I mean, flying cars would be nifty but still a safest place to travel is up in the air. Some people don't really think so. Afraid of being shot down from missiles, rockets, flying bullets, etc.
