I have found if they don't give me feathers then I get an item or pengwing or I got the background. I have never got nothing (yet anyway) Keep checking your inventory

Yeah I didn't realize that they give you things because it doesn't tell you.
Carlo? He just waddled over here. He wants to dance with my dancer pengwing but is too shy.

Yes it is! It's "pengwing mansion docks" I didn't know I had it until I saw someone else's and looked in my inventory and Wa-la there it was!
