npixelz: The avi's on here inspire my creativity... but I sometimes just like to sit and look at photos and create stories around them... if it's people or archaeology then what their lives may be/ have been like, if its landscape then the people or animals that have traveled there...if you feel like you are stumped look at a photo and start imagining

Monkey: I am so sorry you missed your families visit! Maybe next time tell them to write your work hours down? I really don't understand the lack of work ethics people have. It is up to the manager to do their job and let the employees know they should be checking their schedules and calling in if they are unsure or be put on probation. Sounds like you are a good employee, you've learned so much in such a short time.

It's more of the inconvenience of not having a day where everyone is off than anything. My dad had to work today so they came yesterday. They'll be back for my birthday, anyway.

Just play who, what, where, when , and most importantly why and you'll have it. If you love it you'll get there.
