My right knee hurts when I kneel on it, and now the bottom of the back part of my right foot hurts to stand and walk on, so I have to walk on only the front of that foot

Sorry about your knee. Is it joint pain (inside your knee from bending it) or contact pain (outside from contact with the ground)?

No changes.

When I apply pressure to it, like when I'm kneeling on it, it hurts.

In other news, I just finished my rewatch of Angel Beats and actually cried for the first time since I ever watched it

Would knee pads help? Have you tried ice and heat and keeping it elevated when possible?
