I drink 3 cups of coffee everyday....Now I kinda feel depressed only drinking 1 cup

Yep, I definitely develop a tolerance for coffee. It becomes, dare I say it, kind of addictive. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to "reset" with a weening/wind-down routine.
