i ended up just levelling everything at the battle manor with a gold increase token to earn money for all the clothes

you dont get it by getting enough clothes~ youve got to spend money or do battles around lumiose city to increase style points
which when you get enough of those you start getting discounts at stores and theen you can enter

Hmmmm that's not how it happened for me. I already had a lot of money saved up when I found out about the boutique. So I went there and they wouldn't let me in, so I just went around buying more clothes that popped up on certain days and eventually they let me in.
