I don't know that I've seen it all, but the first season at least is on youtube. Funimation subbed it.

The subbed version is on youtube too. I can't even find all the dubbed version.
I prefer subs too as it usually sounds more natural.

I always have closed captioning on when watching TV. My big brother is partially deaf so I grew up watching it like that.
