Yepp, I've also seen MHAA. I like SAOA better though. If you like their content, I can recommend watching their Descent into Avernus DND campaign, it's very entertaining.

Same. It's funny that they use the same voice actor though. It'd be fun to do an edit where it's abridged Kirito, but he's saying stuff that abridged Deku says, lol. I might look into the DND campaign.

When I started watching SAO Abridged, I thought, "Man, but Kirito's voice is so weird", but now I'm in love with it and can't picture him with any other voice anymore, haha. The voice actor is really talented.

But I know what you mean, every time I saw him in different abridged series, I had Kirito in my head when I heard the voice. After watching a lot of their streams, it got a bit better though. Like, I started identifying the voice more with the voice actor now.

I think the original anime is done now that the alicization arc is finished. The abridged parody that we've been talking about here is still ongoing though.
