lol it's made with all of the ingredients of pizza (I've tried non-carb toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, etc.), but without dough. The crust is made of mozzarella alone. The trick is how it's prepared. It comes out crispy like thin crust pizza. Even the edge crust. Best part is I can eat as much as i want and not send my glucose through the roof!
