nice! How did the other fountain pen you got work out? What kind of nib(s) did you get?

I only have one at the moment, and I got it AGES ago. I think it was back in 2008 when I got it, but it came with a set. JML Classic Pen Collection. That one stopped writing, and following the instructions to clean it did not help much. I recently learned how to clean a fountain pen, at least.

Oh no! Was the pen collection under warranty at all? They usually are so expensive they should be! If you draw a picture with the new fountain pen or do some calligraphy, post it for us to see! How expensive is ink?

I believe the in price depends on the ink and volume you're getting.

I am considering on writing poetry if my paper I have is fine with my ink and pen.

that should look so pretty! I would think an art supply store would have an assortment of paper you could use. We have quite a few art/craft stores where you can check out the paper and then I guess find it on line if it is too expensive in store.

I saw on this thing we watched in class about Japanese stationary and there's this shop where you can create your own little note book by selecting a cover, what kind of pages you have and how it's stuck together! And in the shop next door you can create your very own ink to write in!
