Oh, pull-ups on those gym bars or something? XD
I suppose that's a question of where you put your weight, then, or getting used to it, idk lol.
It sounds like you're not controlling the bottom half of your body as well, when you pull-up, and just focus on actually pulling up, so your body does some weird thing lol.
It's not enough to just focus on the pulling up bit, I guess -shrugs-
Is not an expert in these things and could be wrong. Has hardly done any pull-ups in life anyway
