unfortunately it looks like i will need a brand new laptop as the part to plug it in is no longer recognizing the cord and thus i cannot charge it even if i got a new battery for it. also i tried skype on my phone and so far that is not working for me. I am hoping to get a new laptop as soon as possible. i am so sorry everyone u.u
