yes! but my controlling mother makes it not ok! because i have to sneak on here, and noone wants me on here except for those on here so i'm watched like a hawk, and the only reason i'm on here now is because the teacher left and there is a sub! and! and!and! waaaah! *starts sobbing*

*hugs Pixel* Oh my that's really not fair at all perhaps it's time you explain to your mother that though she might not like the avie sites it's your doorway to getting friends and there is access to help from older kids who may of had the same textbook as you if you get stuck in homework. Plus it's an avenue for learning that you wouldn't necessarily have. There were two people who needed homework help recently on the site with Surveys and if it's online it's anonymous so the student won't have to worry about putting other students at risk for bullying. I had no friends in high school and was by myself for years with only one irl friend who I rarely saw who went to another school. It was lonely and I was sad alot. Since I found my way online though I have made lasting friends that still remember me even if we haven't spoken in years. ^^
