Last night my friend and I got into a conversation about the squatty potty. Apparently you're supposed to do your business squatting instead of sitting on a toilet. I've been doing it wrong my entire life.

The squatty potty just elevates your feet to mimic a squatting position. I think the Japanese have holes in the ground instead of toilets.

The diarrhea is a funny joke but in reality it is in the genes and how the dispostion of bacteria in the gut microbiome affects us
