Lemon usually for the most part my cramps are barely felt. It's only when it's super cold that I feel it. I'm not kidding you the colder it is then the worse my cramps get. So Winter months are the only time that I really have tear filled cramps. The other day it was so freaking cold outside and inside the house my fingers were numb just a bit but my dad felt 65 degrees was a good temperature. >_>

so long as you are aware if they are normal cramps or not...don't want it to be an appendicitis either! hmm i am such a baby, I like 70 degrees

For the most part my cramps are from my IBS acting up since it's what happens the most. I rarely if ever get real cramps except in the winter. XD

the other thing is to make sure you stay hydrated , Jay. dehydration can cause cramping in mucles all over the body
