I had McDonalds earlier but now I'm hungry but don't know what I should eat.

I don't like McDonald's personally. I usually make my own food. It's the cheapest food.

I bought it so I could get my grandmother to eat. She stopped eating the food in the nursing home and my uncle who has been there 2 years almost never eats it.

I only eat a couple things at McDonald's - grilled chicken ceasar salad, sausage breakfast sandwich with no sausage and sometimes the grilled chicken club no mayo.
