(This is very healthy for you: boil a tablespoon or two of cut up ginger in a pot of water, when it comes to a boil then turn off and squeeze in the juice of one or two lemons, drink hot or cool down and drink cold, add honey for sweetener if needed - not required. If you want a little more zest squeeze a lime into it. If you want it as an actual tea then add the mixture to your tea. If you want to be really helathy then add a bit of turmeric to the drink)
