i have school and stuff ;;v only home on weekends and breaks all day
otherwise its just the afternoon

yeah mobile browsing is usually awful ;v; not many sites optimize for mobile, and when they do, they usually shove the app they made down your throat instead of letting you browse the browser version freely

I'm trying this out on my tablet. This site isn't that difficult to navigate. But it is small.

i just zoom in all the time ;;v
but i prefer using my laptop, since usually theres some kinda weird error exclusive to mobile >:0
like on two sites if you comment on someones profile while on your phone, the moment you hit space the whole message disappears

I've tried zooming but then I can't see the whole image. Oh well, can't have it all I guess.

Watery: How are you feeling today? How is the honey? Did they schedule the surgery?

Wasn't so bad on my tablet but not sure how often I'll use it for browsing and posting.

Lemon: I'm ok thanks and he's fine. He has to go in tomorrow morning.

I hope he will be feeling better very quickly. Holidays are not a nice time to have to go into the hospital but you got to do what you got to do to get better so I hope you both can just hang out and sleep or watch some shows etc together while he recuperates.

So it was just a consultation. He set up an appointment for surgery on the 19th. From what we read and what he was told it could take a week or two to recover. I doubt he'll be up to visiting my family or his. Already talked to my mom about it. I was planning on staying a week or so at my parents so I could also see my friends but not sure if that's a good idea anymore. We'll see how it goes.

How is the weather where you are? It sounds like there will be winter storms the next couple days across the country.

They rescheduled his surgery to the Friday before Christmas. :/

We've gotten a couple of dustings of snow but it's mostly been just chilly. I guess we'll see if we get anything more then that.

oh my goodness! Well, I guess try to have an early Christmas dinner before his surgery. Hopefully he won't be in much pain and can enjoy some of the holiday. Do they even still work Christmas week end? (other then the ER I mean). It must be kind of frustrating to have to keep getting it postponed, you plan and prepare and then it changes

I got him a little something that I'll have to give him early but I'm going to be going to see my family while he stays here. I want to help nurse him while he recovers but it's better that I go. We talked and if I stay I may end up needing his help. It's better for me to be with my family in case I'm not well myself. His dad will be picking him up from the hospital.
I think he only had Christmas day off and it was only if the weather was bad did he get any other days off. I'm not sure how it's going to pan out with him needing to recover from surgery. I'll have to ask him if he needs a note saying how much time off work he needs. Right now he wants to go back to work ASAP but we'll see how he feels after the surgery. There was notice with the reschedule so as long as there's no short notice of it getting rescheduled again it should be ok.

He should get a Doctors note for time off so he has time to recover fully because if he goes back too soon he may need even more time off to recover. That way everything is clear and no one is upset with last minute rescheduling to cover, especially during the holidays but if he comes back sooner because he's healing quickly then I am sure they would appreciate the help. My work requires a Doctors note to say how long we need off AND a Doctors note to say we are cleared to come back to work.

Because Christmas falls on a Sunday this year ( and New Years) many places are closed on the Monday to compensate. If that's the case where he works then he may have an extra day.

As much as you want to be with him it will be nice for you to be with your family and then he can rest knowing you are in good hands and it gives his family a chance to step in and help him out.

I talked with him and his work is being understanding. H doesn't have to show a note. It actually sounds like it might be more of an issue of him wanting to go back to work then work wanting him to come in. But I agree, it would be good to get a note to be safe. I've needed doctor notes for work and had to go back to get one before because I wasn't thinking at the time.

I'm not sure if he'll have to stay in the hospital a couple days. I remember my brother didn't get out right away after his surgery.

I'm glad his dad will be there for him so it makes me feel better. He isn't on good terms with his mother but she did visit him when he was last in the hospital so she might check on him before or after the surgery.
