I vary a lot on my grilled cheese: mozz, provolone, colby jack or pepper jack are my most common as of late, but I also often eat things like havarti and muenster...and cheddar...
I eat any cheese I think. But today I did have parmesan too! Dad coated my tater tots in it. I didn't really taste much though...
