Yeah it's just a stomach flu I think though I was dizzy and stuff before.

Thanks Lemon I took some time away from online yesterday and just rested with my cat reading. It helped me some.

I am glad you are feeling better BJ. I have a funny digestive system too. Can't eat fatty foods without feeling badly later. I like hot dogs but the only ones that don't make me throw up are Hebrew National Fat reduced (I can't eat their all beef - too fatty). Grilling keeps too much fat in but boiling seems to help it. I eat 4% fat for hamburger, can't do the 20% or higher. Weird, but sometimes only the fat comes back up and then I feel better.

Hmm come to think of it all the hotdogs I have been eating lately were all boiled instead of fried. I'm not really sure why my stomach was so sick to be honest. I would blame the half and half it was past the sell by date by five days. My dad swears that milk can be used for three weeks after the sell by date. I don't by that but he swears it's true.

smell the milk, sometimes it can go bad BEFORE the sell by date and sometimes last after the sell by date. I like half and half in my coffee but it is lots of calories and too much cream makes my tummy not feel good. When you think of it we eat sour cream, yogurt (well not me really) and that is soured milk.

I know the milk itself was bad yesterday I told my dad it looked like it was starting to curdle. He didn't check it but the half and half was a week ago that I did it. So it's definately bad now.
