Okay, dad nibbled on it while it finished cooking and then ate two bowls worth
And wants me to make it again
He loved that I added potatoes
Next time no cracked peppercorn in the broth and do a better job rubbing it into the chicken
So...chicken breasts, chicken bullion, parsley flakes, shredded carrot, chopped potatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, bit of salt, cracked peppercorn, bay leaf, water
Toss in frozen chicken and let thaw in water
Peel and chop potatoes
Drain chicken when thawed, put back in
Fresh water, all the herbs/spices but peppercorn, bullion, add potatoes
Once the chicken is soft pull them out and rub on cracked peppercorn. Chop, put back in
Shred and add carrots
Let stew, stirring occasionally
Way later, cook noodles, drain, stir in
Serve when taters and chicken are fully cooked
