Yeah it probably was the half and half since my IBS hasn't acted up outside of evil monthly time for months.

No that is Lactose Intolerant when your Allergic to it. IBS is just Irritable Bowel Syndrome it can be caused by any food or just stress in your life. That was what my doctor told me but it might be something more.
