plum pudding is basically christmas pudding
i dont think its very common in usa, mousy had never heard of it xD

oh, "heart attack pudding" since it is heavy on the butter and heavy on the cream but very delicious! I haven't had hard sauce on pudding for a long time, forgot all about it! Make us some when we come visit!!

o.o do you actually call it heart attack pudding? Christmas pudding here is usually fruit filled, and the batter might be a little sugary and then depending on your tastes theres usually brandy custard to go with it
we like putting alcohol in our christmas desserts xD

no, I was just joking! Sorry! Anything with heavy fat and sugar is a family joke as giving you a heart attack. Not so funny now that I write it ... sorry... I do seem to call raisins and candied fruit in the christmas pudding but it has been a very, very, long time since I have eaten it.

I just thought it was hilaaaarious, and wonderfully consistent, which I tend to enjoy. I love desserts too, but I'm lactose intolerant and cheesecake makes me sick. T__T
