You can eat crepe's plain as well...or with syrup...or whipped cream if you are ok to gain weight. The batter is like runny pancakes. I use the same frying pan, tip the pan around to spread the batter and flip it once. The recipe's are very similar...cook time is about the same as well.
If you haven't tried them you should give it a try. Some restaurants use a whipped cream cheese filling but I'm not keen on that. I don't do cream cheese very well...or rather my body doesn't tolerate it so well.
I’ve had crepes before, and I’m really uncertain how I’d be able to eat them now. My eating problems are fairly extensive; pancakes were a complete surprise.
My body doesn’t tolerate highly flavored foods well. Most other issues are mechanical.
Lemon - no, I can’t have liquids or semi solids that aren’t water. Sauces are a no, as well as chocolate because chocolate melts. I don’t have much variety, but I do like what I have.
