Big news

I had a one on one meeting last night

Offered either a buy down to stay at the store under the new owners, OR transferring to a different location under the old owners

I've already decided to stay under the new owners, but of course I didn't tell them that, gotta keep it close to the vest ya know?

But the buy down amount

She described it as "the amount is bi-well, it's, it's a great amount"

And a great amount it is

I won't say the exact amount because of confidentiality and privacy reasons, but I will say it's in the 3 thousands

Gotta hand in the decision form within 48 hours, so I'll be doing so on Sunday when I'm in next

Needless to say, this is exciting

Also I don't need to reapply! Plus she said if we're eligible for benefits ATM, we will be eligible for them when it switches

Had my second month anniversary a bit ago, no real celebration as I was working, but if, and hopefully when, we hit the 1 year anniversary I deffo wanna do something, just not sure what yet!

I'm not sure if it's a collectors item, I just wanted it because he's my favorite gym leader. I put them on display, since I'm not interested in reselling them later, I bought them to look at, after all!




In more news my birthday was fun, and in between my birthday and my dad's, we went to Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto! I took SOOO many pictures!
I was a little sad that the plans I made with my friends fell through, but my BFF told me we'll definitely see each other at least once before summer ends, so that is something to look forward to!

I heard the smoke from the wildfires in Eastern Canada has reached Europe now as well!
