I have a question that has bothered me for some time and I haven't been able to get or find a straight answer anywhere. Are all green teas decaffeinated or are there caffeinated (well other than added) and decaf versions?
If you don' t know, I don't mean to put you on the spot, but I was hoping you might have some insights your highness of herbal beverage.
Green teas naturally contain low amounts of caffeine, about 20mg per cup
There are decaff versions but I don't really recommend them since they are generally pretty flat tasting
You can decaff teas yourself though, by brewing the tea once, discarding the first brew and resteeping again
