so, I've noticed I kick my feet more at night if: I am dehydrated ( mainly electrolytes, so gatorade or powerade help if I get up to drink it) OR too much sugar in the day OR my legs are too warm.
Snoring is usually a sign of sleep apnea and could be related to heart problems later on so it doesn't hurt to mention it at the annual check up.
honestly i'm not sure how i do it sometimes, i only get on for a couple hours a day if that right after the little one is off to daycare and then once she's gone to bed eheh ^^;
