Fuu sort of...fried her laptop
in the beginning of November.

oh no! did you spill somethign on the laptop? Or did it get overheated?

I spilled soup on it.
not all over it but on the corner but it was enough to fry the circuit.

my Asus doesn't overheat because it doesn't need fans as the battery isn't one of those bulky batteries
and doesn't get hot even though I play MMO games on it.

Anyways I still have my warranty that covers the water damage. I even had the tech guy look at it
and he said I have it.
I originally went to a tech guy who could have fixed it but they didn't have the parts for my model and only in newer models and my laptop I bought off of amazon is an older model[was a lot cheaper too].
So yeah. Once I get home from the store we are gonna do the warranty thing.
Asus is kind of vague on what to do but i do know he needs to fill out a form which is called a case number.
so gonna do that.
