Spoiler alert, I was not fighting fit last night. I had a very slight headache but no sore throat, however my throat would hurt a little when I coughed, and they were back to being deep coughs, with phlegm coming up in almost every cough

Welp

I went into work last night

Started feeling lightheaded and dizzy on top of the cough and headache

Until I almost fell over after standing up too fast

Aaaand they sent me home

My bouts with COVID were very similar. Took weeks (6-7 for the longest) to finally rid myself of the cough--months to get my energy back fully the first time. Hope whatever you have doesn't take that long. Get well and it'll take as long as it takes. Rest easy, pix!

But if the phlegm turns green you might need to be seen by a Dr for antibiotics. :strain:

If it's bacterial (green phlegm would have been the clue), it should clear up very quickly.

Glad you are feeling better, Npix.

You should notice a remarkable difference after a few days on the antibiotic, just remember to take the full dose, even if you feel better, so it doesn't come back.
