I wonder if how many flowers you have found in a day reflects on the drop time? I have never come close to my daily quota for this event and have been able to find flowers fairly quickly. <not to jinx myself>

Hmmm a rather far fetch theory but not entire impossible
But then again, if we look into it
- People that is closer to the quota would imply they had been hunting every 30 mins
- People that is further away from the quota would imply they probably hunt by the hours, increasing the odds of flowers spawning instantly.
