Yes, Lazarus shop items are temporary....so generally get them first...sometimes they come back (like the Easter baskets although not all colors returned) ...sometimes they don't...sometimes they end up in one of the other shops (like the fairy items were once only a Lazarus shop item). Sometimes the Lazarus shop items end up in a event like the Easter egg hunt...sometimes we never see them again other then in member's shops.

On the other hand, so far all the regular shop items stay available and more get added so check the home page for new items added.
