Boy-o-boy, I'd buy you one if you were close by. Usually things that taste good are bad for you. Smoothies taste good and are good for you. Out here the most famous smoothie chain is named Jamba Juice. Not sure if they made it nationally yet.

Can anyone in Kit's neck of the wood chime in on what's available?

Silver: fresh honeycombe is so yummy!

Kit: Smoothie is just juice, ice and fruit whipped up in a blender. You can add ice cream/sherbert/ frozen yogurt or yogurt or protien powder or milk if you want.

A fun one if you like lemonade: 1 cup lemonade, 2 cups ice, 2 cups frozen strawberries in blender and blend until smooth (add more juice if you want it runnier)

frozen blueberries work great with the lemonade too! - or I like to use a mixed cranberry blueberry juice if I use blueberries and then I may do mixed berries as well (blackberries /raspberries).

Fresh fruit tastes good in a smoothie too but if the fruit is frozen it helps to make the drink icier without adding so much ice.
