Lemon: Yeah, they really are. When I student taught, they were little angels tbh. I mean, there was one or two who were always a pain in the butt, but as a class it was overall better than the 4th graders I was with. > > ;;;

Murmurlade: Ah, really? That's pretty interesting.
I know some spanish and german. xD Does that count? |||OTL
I wish I learned it at an early age though.

Ahhh. I'd love to tutor math- as it's my favorite. The only part I wouldn't like is when they ask what it's actually for- because I know a lot of math that we learn is situational to specific jobs.

you have to be fluent ahahaha in malay/english/mandarin unless you're a language teacher. even then, malay/english is compulsory.

ohhh! yes, maths is great! well you kinda need basic maths for everything! riddles, codes and coding need basic computation skills. also, making/modifying videogames requires mathematics-- have you seen the 5 minute speedrun for Super Mario? there was alot of higher mathematics involved in that, it was only possible due to the calculations of exact perimeters/locations required in order to glitch past the game.

Also, theres only one correct answer. ^^

either way, english is my only language and I don't do well at that sometimes! (I was a terrible failure at Spanish - although I can ask where the bathroom is - and at french - which I can ask if you speak English in both languages.

pfft. thats the most important thing!

here, if you ever go to malaysia:
"kamu boleh cakap bahasa inggeris?"
can you speak english?

"saya lupa bagaimana pergi ke hotel, boleh membantu saya? saya tinggal di _______"
i forgot how to get to my hotel, can you help me? im staying at _____"

and finally
"tolong! hoverkraft saya penuh dengan belut!"
help! my hovercraft is full of eels!

Murmurlade: Awh, I'd never be able to make it. :c
I wish I could be fluent in another language. I'm trying to teach my two year olds some spanish. A few of them can count to ten in spanish because I taught them. > ___ <

It is! Super helpful in many fields.
I'd just need to know. I remember hating when kids would complain "WHAT WOULD WE EVEN USE THIS FOR??" during class and the teacher would have to stop and explain it- just learn the math. You can do research on your own time.

aw, its cos ya say "wish"! as long as you have the time, determination you can definitely succeed! of course, its wasier if you have conversation partners and try to integrate the language into your daily life.

zzzzz, they just dont like maths cos they suck at it! thats why they question the necessity.
