We had a typhoon the other day. Thank God its over.

I've never been in a typhoon, photos of it look very scary

It does scary specially if its on a Super Typhoon category like we had in 2013 when Typhoon Haiyan devastated the central part of my country.

I'm from the Philippines by the way and people here are used to typhoons.
We're near the Pacific Ocean where most of the typhoons were being formed.

ISE: try cooking with a cast iron frying pan. If you don't like meat there are plants/veggies that have iron. Are you taking a supplement? Ham string, ouch!
