Two, three months old
Same litter
They had separation anxiety so we ended up getting both because the brother kept being so noisy and the sister can't handle even the semblance of being alone

No, they're eating kitten food and are currently running around downstairs
If they were three weeks or three days old, then maybe that's be the case

It's good they're learning not to bite you. But i'm sure even then it's because they want to play. We used to have birds and one would peck at your fingernail's cuticle until it bled because she wanted to groom you...xD
