Since I found one of the first days chests I try to give others a chance - and if they're not all found by the evening then try and find one that is left. I still need a yellow/gold and a brown chest
So.. I found this website with really cute clothes that were pretty affordable. It's a company based in the state I'm from and shipping was free and everything. AND they did weekly deals that put clothes up at a really good discount AND they had a sale section. AND IT WAS AWESOME. BUT They got really popular and slowly, but surely over the past few months, their prices have been inching higher and higher. I can't afford them anymore. Their whole business goal was affordable clothes for women all shapes and all sizes. Now they are up to boutique prices which are always way higher than the item itself is worth. ugh. They have officially done away with weekly deals and their sales section. It's just frustrating. I find a place that has awesome, affordable clothes that I can wear to work and still feel good about wearing out of work and now they aren't affordable. What i mean by affordable is that I was buying skirts/shirts/pants for $10-$15 and now they're up to like $30-$40-$50.
@LC You are so nice!! I have 3 treasure chests I think. Sometimes I'll give others a chance and sometimes i'll just pounce on it. XD
Mousy - an absolutely adorable and affordable baby site is Zullily I have so many people that order the cutest little peoples clothes for so cheap - they have great sales apparently.
As far as big people clothes... not much to choose from at the stores around us and I have the worst luck if I can't try it on first. I guess you will have to keep checking your site for sales - that should bring the prices down again...
it sucks when as soon as something gets popular theyll jack up the prices to get more cash :/ and they always think theyre being super subtle about it! like no, we can see you adding on money >.> was it the site you showed me awhile ago?
Yes, ry it is the one I showed you. I think they're just really enjoying this sudden surge in sales and it will calm back down after they realize that they aren't all that affordable anymore.
I have so many horror stories from ordering online. Amazon is not my friend when it comes to clothes. DX I've been looking at zulily! I get their emails every day. They do have a lot of really cute stuff!
ugh yes! i cant remember if i told you the horror story of that online store where i showed you what i had ordered, and everything was wrong size, wrong material and in one case a completely different item i havent trusted online shopping enough to try again since

What made you say that, Lemon? I've done shopping online for several times now and I'm glad to say, it all went well. Though sometimes, the waiting time takes much longer. Considering I'm living in the opposite part of the world lol

Fiel: I meant ordering CLOTHES online is depressing - sorry I wasn't clear. Ordering electronics and some other stuff online is actually great, some of the best deals are online!I ordered my pots and pans online. In fact, I don't know how some stuff can be shipped so cheaply -
But I just find with clothes you need to have tried them item on first. So many people return the items they order online because they don't fit right and not every place does free return shipping back. Usually there is a $6.99/$9.99 return fee charged to your card. But if you know the brand, size etc it can work out a better deal sometimes.
I ordered online today and realized...I still don't like ordering online. Yes, you can get some good deals but I really hate entering all the info and trying to remember which email address and password I used and entering the codes for the discounts in. I'd rather go to the store, actually look at the item and let the sales person scan all my coupons and my card. Sigh.
@Lemon Cheesecake - I understand what you mean there. Though I never had any problem ordering online in terms of clothing. I could fit in from medium to large sized shirts
I ordered online yesterday! I got some comfy pants, some socks for boots, and a puffer vest thing.
I refuse to buy a new coat that I'll only be able to wear this winter, but I'm afraid that pretty soon, I won't be able to get my coat closed over my expanding belleh. My solution was this puffer vest in a size up that I can wear under my coat and not have to worry about buttoning/zipping the coat up. XD AND it was only $12 vs. the $30-$40 you might spend on a different coat. I hope it works as well as I'm hoping it will. I really don't spend much time outside anyway, but I do have car duty every other week at work and recess once a week.
Mousy: I never thought of how it would be to be pregnant during a real winter ( like snow and all I mean). Around here people share their pregnancy clothes. Is there any one you know who has any? The vest sounds very creative but If the vest doesn't work then try the thrift stores. I'd suggest wearing your husbands jacket but if I recall a photo you posted awhile ago he is very tall and you are very tiny- don't think that would go over very well for you ( or it would go over you, you just wouldn't be able to walk!)
