Antique stores can be cool - I'm not good at knowing what is a collectors item but I had someone I know buy a little wood character for 50 cents and she found out it was worth almost $100 so she sold it on ebay.

I just go for things that look neat to me. I got some really old but nice bookends at my friend's yard sale.
I don't go to many antique shops and stuff because I don't know where they are and have no money.

We found that the town is full of them because I got tired of waiting for my mom to finish browsing a different shop and wandered off with dad
Got a couple of pretty cool tigers last year
I think the words on the bottom are Japanese

But that reminds me. I have a parasol with my name written on it in Japanese kana. Though it's not an antique or anything. It was from Epcot in Disneyland. They did a nifty little fan for me too. I adore them to bits!

One day I really want a kimono ;-; Though it probably won't look right on me. Supposedly kimonos are supposed to make you look streamline but...While I'm small, my chest kinda isn't...Grr.

I have an Alice in Wonderland themed note paper with my name and two fans, tho the nicer one needs it rewritten cuz it's worn off
I'll have to look but I think they put it on my parsol too

Technically because of price, cut and material, I have a yukata. I say kimono cuz that's what I was told
I wanna make short ones of the cute variety all I can find are those of the 'sexy' variety
